Assignment 2 - Decisive Moment

We must discover a similar tale that discusses Urban Legends for this project. As a result, we must interpret and explain the pivotal moment in the story we have chosen. I have chosen a Taiwanese urban legends called "The little girl in red" (The TAG-ALONG). I do further study on this topic and created a concept board.
