Final Reflection

• What have I learnt in this module?


All things considered, this module has probably given me a strong foundation in design principles and practices, providing all the information and abilities required to produce successful and visually appealing designs across a variety of platforms and media in the future.


• What did I enjoy the most?


Overall, I would say task 3 was the most exciting part for me, and I enjoyed every process of it. We get to design a poster or physical things that are related to our chosen UNSDG goals. I also appreciated Dr. Yip for all of her help; she has always provided me with helpful advice and honest criticism on my projects and will always respond to me through teams whenever I have questions. 


• What did I not enjoy the most?


To be honest, when I have lack of ideas even though I have been figuring out for quite a bit of time.


• What have I learnt about myself through this module?


I discovered something new about myself during this module as well. That being said, I started to notice design elements in all forms more deeply. I think that after completing the visual analysis task, I find myself examining posters or other pieces of art for longer than usual. Taking the time to observe details like the way lines are constructed or the colours used in the artwork and the typeface used etc. 


• What has changed and what has not in my learning journey?


Even though I now have a deeper knowledge of design concepts, I am still aware that in order for me to express my creative vision fully, I must to improve my technical abilities.

• What could be improved in this module?


In my opinion, there's no need for any changes; I found this module to be already good for my needs.
